Had a lovely lunch sat outside with a couple of the lemon and watermelon slush which were excellent. Food excellent as always.

Really great independant coffee shop. Always get delicious food and fantastic service. Definitely one of our favourite coffee shops in town

We visit here quite often and always enjoy the food and its such good value, highly recommended. Most dishes served with side bowl of pickle or relish and well presented.

First time on coming here and not sure will go back. Staff very offhand. Ordered coffee and cake. Not much choice of pastries. Chose a Cinnamon bun which had been warmed up but as soon as cooled down was soooo tough! All very average.

Came here to have a catch up with friends. New owners were very hospitable and no ask was too much. Have visited a few times over the months and it’s nice to see some positive changes being made, I can’t wait to come back and see the difference!

Used to love this place, the food and atmosphere was great!! Unfortunately it’s gone down hill. “Children’s area” downstairs smells of damp and mould, no access to take pram with you, baby changing area has never been cleaned by the looks of it. Panini was full of bacon fat unable to cut it off while holding a baby so just had to pull it out and leave it. Coffee was really nice though.

Stumbled across this quaint little place yesterday and was drawn in by the vegan options advertised. Although there wasn’t a lot of room for my massive buggy the staff were very accommodating. I love the ground floor which has toys and comfy sofas. Perfect if you have a toddler or are breastfeeding as I am. The food and drink was very nice and the staff were lovely. Will definitely visit again

We went last year and it was faultless. And still this year the cafe is sweet and quirky, the food is nice and has the homemade taste. Sadly though, we were quite taken aback by the staff attitude. We waited half an hour for two sausage rolls to be microwaved (I had noticed the time we ordered because i was waiting for a call, so I can sadly assure you this isn 't exagerrated . It was busy, but not that busy. When my mum politely asked if they 'd be much longer (thinking maybe they had forgotten, it happens , the (possibly owner/manager? gave a very sharp yes they 'll be with you soon .
