"We were staying outside of Chester over the Easter holidays. We could not get a table at our resort and our teens weren't keen on the menu anyway. So we went into Chester for Five Guys Burgers, fries and shakes. Yes, it seems pricey for a burger, but these are not your hard, heavy, full of fillers burgers. Just straight up good beef. Plus they try and source all things local. Want to know where they got the potatoes for those amazing fries/chips? They have a chalkboard that they update with the name of the farm and it's location. All burgers are doubles. If you can't have or don't want the bun, you can have yours in a bowl or as a lettuce wrap. Bowl is my choice as it's easier to manage and can hold a whole lot of veggie toppings. Fries, oh it's like Christmas, they fill the cup, put that in a bag and then add another scoop of fries on top. Milk shakes, real ice cream, lots of add/mix ins. It's truly how milk shakes should be made. Staff was fantastic. Answered our questions and were always helpful and kind. Couldn't ask for more. Most importantly, best burgers we've had in a long time. Burgers don't need fillers and binders, Five Guys, well done."

Love Five guys! This time we only ordered one large fries with our burgers instead of 4... We learned the lesson when we had a bucket of fries

the first time I tried five youngs. it was clean and efficient. the personal was really friendly. I had a little burger and it was too much for me to finish! the food was delicious! will definitely be visited again.

five youngs for the first time tried and enjoyed a simple burger and pommes. decent portions, adapted to their own choices and many very delicious frits. only on the floor, no hot drinks, I prefer a tea/coffee with my lunch! View menu

This was my first time at Five Guys. The employees were extremely courteous and helped me understand the menu. The food was of excellent quality and definitely worth the price! It was a special treat that I thoroughly enjoyed and will remember for a long time.

The restaurant is charging way too much for what they are offering. The hotdog sausage was dry and low quality, served on a small bed of fried onions and hardly any mushrooms. It would not even be enough to fill up a cat. I paid almost £10 for a meal that was only worth around 50p.

The burger was left on the grill for too long, resulting in it burning while no one attended to it. The bun was slightly stale and the salted caramel milkshake was essentially just vanilla with sauce around the cup. Overall, the food was not made to a proper standard, especially considering the price of £20+ for a meal. View menu

absolutely delicious. fries were fresh and crispy. they know, it only looks like there was a small amount in this picture, but there were loads more in the pocket. a small tip for all five youngs is that a small pommes can be divided between 2, even 3 people, so if you eat alone and you go for the medium as I did at my first visit, you will have much too many. burger makes my mouthwater think about it. beautiful. unlimited toppings.

I underestimated this place expects another generic franchise from America, while quite expensive I paid near 18 pounds for my food, which was a burger chips and a drink was worth the cost that the place was clean with very friendly staff, I think that the off putting thing on British visitors would spend the American price tags as people in Britain are used to be much more. Conclusion expect to pay a lot, but eating that they get is much better than their generic kratzer mcdonalds etc.

"I booked a table for 2 really last minute on a busy December night, piccolio’s manger cosimo took the booking, he was so friendly and helpful that we really needed after a hard work in the cold winter weather! we went in and the restaurants that were breathtaking have woken us! the decor is stylish and above all it was so warm and cozy what we needed, we were greeted with smiles all around by every worker and was immediately taken on our table, without waiting time what ever! we were so swollen! Shortly after we sat, we tamara welcomed them beautiful, well presented and extremely polite. we thought up the menu, while tamara served us the most delicious Rosè Prosecco and took our orders. it was a hard choice, as we wanted to order one of all, the menu choices sound exquisite! so much choice and catering for all food requirements. my own and my friend decided to go for the spaghetti frutti di mare, which was absolutely inconceivable! muddle, mush and calamari topped with a huge garlic king prawn! it didn't take long until there were two empty teller and full bell! we stayed and talked together about the life and there was no hurry to move us from table to tamara has checked us we were so glad to have chosen piccolino chester for our girly dinner date and just wanted to say a massive thank you to cosimo, tamara and the piccolino team. I can't wait to come back to another fantastic evening."
