"I believe that everything is based on good service to leave good memories, but that didn't happen. Firstly, lack of information at breakfast, bad-tempered employees, lack of staff, lack of glasses, little availability of food at the buffet, rude treatment of guests first thing in the morning, which was supposed to be an experience of at least 4 stars As the hotel informs, it was the maximum 1 star, we have stayed in hotels with low scores but with excellent service. There is no towel dryer, and they don't dry during the day, especially now in the summer when we take a lot of showers a day. All of this reflects on the travel experience, as we always started the day with people's negative energy and terrible service. We won't be back."

Direkt zugänglich von der Südseite des Hauptbahnhofs aus, rechts daneben ist der Eingang zum Intercity-Hotel und mit ihm verbunden. Vormittags ist hier der Frühstücks-Bereich für die Hotel-Gäste. Wochentags bietet man auch einen günstigen Mittagstisch an(ab 8,50 € . Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. An der Bar erholen sich nicht nur Hotelgäste von einem anstrengenden Tag, z.B. gut beraten bei Hassan Othman.
