Broiled salmon with tomatoes. the salmon trancio itself was not bad. was soft and tasty. to get the right balance I had to salt and season with oil. The sin is that it was practically raw in the center. from a grilled fish you do not expect that kind of consistency and therefore a part has been left. water and coffee have completed the meal. they asked for the third bottle of water and the waiter, although it was obvious that he waited for us to leave, he immediately served us with a sincere smile on the lips. very friendly and clean environment, pizza is great with products of excellence. we ate a daisy with san marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella and a delicious pizza with raw and rocket ham both excellent with a very digestible dough. as sweet could not miss a classic baba served masterfully.
