"I jumped here today with my friends to be the strange chat once in a blue moon. I am a mysteries shopper through the trade, and although I was not put in order or paid to write this, I think this review is necessary because I was short about how great my experience was today. I usually appreciate and review larger chains than part of my work, but was very pleased to find and support an independent one today. I was surprised by the extraordinary customer service I had experienced here. the staff was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, drinks cheap, tasted great and served at the perfect temperature, and the decor was very modern and relaxing. the background that the surrounding music played was in an acceptable band and the Christmas music that was played was not too intrusive at our conversation. I also enjoyed the books and works of art dedicated to the famous poet dylan thomas in the first floor. as regards hygiene and cleanliness, I found this loading absolutely impeccable. the tables were quickly and professionally deleted after previous customers had released, and the unisex toilet was one of the cleanest and most modern I have ever seen in such a load. as a result of my visit I will try to visit this coffee shop again. Unfortunately, as I work mainly in swansea, it is not often that I visit neath, but the next time I do, this shop will be at the top of my agenda. Most lovely little coffee shop! Nicest lattes around (pumpkin or popcorn are my fav)! Food is amazing and staff are always warm and welcoming, love my usual Saturday stop off here after shopping
