"I've been ordering from here for many years, and the food has always been outstanding. However, my last two experiences have been quite disappointing, especially considering that I have been paying a premium for quality. The Parmo I received this time was burnt, the chicken was dry, and it had an extremely thin layer of béchamel, almost as if it was on rations. Honestly, I don't think I'll return, which is unfortunate. Service: Takeout."
