A large chain of restaurants dedicated to buffalo mozzarella. We chose this place for its proximity to the office and for reasons of quick return. Nice place of US standard, trained staff, but a bit of a wait for the middle week of August when many are on vacation. Pizza! Our choice: one very particular ... with the insertion of the ricotta in the cornice ... the other with the zucchini flowers and the third with the ham ... they were not overcooked and the dough in some places it turned out rubbery.
