Usual top quality for food and good customer service! There was no wait and the food came fairly fast. One side feedback: gutted to see that the 3 sharing plates for £10 is gone from the menu : I truly believed it was a great offer!

The attention from the staff is scarce, since you order yourself through the website and they only bring you what you have ordered. The food is good, the chicken was quite juicy with a variety of sauces. The atmosphere is familiar and it is next to Covent Garden.

Nandos is amazing. My chicken wings were perfectly cooked, the olives delicious, with the garlic . The service is fast and kindly. Love Nandos staff. The atmosphere was nice, nice with its typical african music and with a tidy and clean restaurant. I really enjoyed my sagres, it was cold and .

We went to Nando's yesterday at dinner, the decoration was lovely, good music and nice reception from the staff. However, the food took almost 1 hour to be served and did not match the expectations. Worst than this, was the situation where a drunk/high couple next to us, while we were eating, started to throw up and spit on the floor, and no one took care of what happened.. we had to move to a different table in order to eat properly. We left after almost 45 minutes and they did nothing about that. We had high expectations, but finished the dinner very disappointed.

First meal in London it was better than I expected. Location in safe area atmosphere was nice. Noticed the servers used a combination of providing menus vs telling others to just use the QR code to self-serve. Should be provided with silverware straws as you're seated but instead we had to go back upstairs to ask for it. Sprite tasted like diet Sprite but the Coke sufficed. The food: good for the value. Wings are very small so order accordingly. My meal came with 2 sides so the 5 wings were sufficient but I was going to originally order 3. I would have had more sides than chicken lol.
