Soy celíaca y me he llevado una gratísima sorpresa. Tienen una amplia carta sin gluten y conocimientos claros respecto a la presencia de alérgenos, lo que genera mucha confianza. Además, lo que tomamos estaba muy rico (rollitos, fideos de arroz con langostinos y verduras, ternera en salsa de ostras, pato a la naranja). El kubak fue el único plato que, por su sabor algo rancio, no nos satisfizo. Sin duda, volveremos.
