This place is typical for the region food. Hande made potatos balls. Great service and hot food. Always enjoy such kind of food during stay in germany.

The interior is nice with a touch of art deco. Most people drink beer with jenever. But you can also eat here. Most recipies on the menu are meat. But we had fish with risotto and a salat.

It was pretty much past lunch when we found Feuerkugel. There were only a few tables occupied inside They served us great food from this region nicely garnished. Our waiter was very helpful not only with our menu choices, but also told us where we...could have a great view of the nearby Merchant's Bridge.

We went there for lunch, we had the dog with us and asked and they said no problem, bring him in. We each had traditional local meals, the service was good, the food was lovely and good sized portions. My wife asked for more sauce...with hers and they brought out more sauce for both her and me we had different dishes with different sauces. Bill wasn't expensive, came to about 47 Euros including drinks for 3. Will visit again next time we go to Erfurt

Food, food, delicious food! If you want to taste great Thuringian cuisine, this is the place to go. It was fresh, to the point, lots ! and to die for. The service was extremely friendly, despite the heat, and if it hadn‘t been so subsaharian...hot, we‘d enjoyed the adorable faux-1920ies decor. A must! My only criticism here goes to the manager/s: forcing your staff to wear long-sleeved shirts and ties !!! in 35 degrees heat is so not on. I‘m sorry, no „look“ is worth more than the health of your employees.

I contacted the restaurant per post (1 week before our trip to Erfurt) to book a table for 2 people. Answer that they already have some reservations and the tables are not yet reserved for the customers who spontaneously (running) we came in...earth, past and asked for a table. Answer was that some people ended their dinners so likely to make a table available in 15 20 minutes. I asked if they could reserve one of the free tables for us, the answer was no. 20 minutes later, we have returned the information they have not provided a table. that never happened to me in another restaurant. no idea how good it is to eat, but the customer service is weak and should be improved.
