The food was delicious. Good Swabian food. In summer you can eat and drink wonderfully. Would recommend going there.

Operation friendly, food rich and good. Don't just skin around, but it's delicious. You can sit outside in the summer.

I ate at Gasthof Sur Rose, and it was super good what I ate and the servants were super-serving, too, so if you're around, you should eat.

Cosy restaurant. Originally decorated. Very varied selection on the map. We had appetizer, main food and dessert. Everything was delicious. The salad buffet was also beautifully dressed and the salad tasted well. The food was served in a short time. The staff was very friendly and routined. There is also a very good wine map. Absolutely recommended. We're coming back!

Warning! Those who order a food in this restaurant and dare to say that it doesn't taste it (fried veal carving with fritted fryed frying caffeine runs the risk of being personally insulted and plagued by the host in the worst form. However, after standing with the meat at the table to prove that the meat is good and the guest has no idea because this taste of veal would not know. In addition, the host doesn't care about such guests. Conclusion: If you want to have a nice evening and good food, you better not go to the rose to Ostfildern!

My colleague and I stayed at the hotel old town hall. The lady at the reception recommended the restaurant that belongs to the company. It is a simple guest house that is somewhat older. The Lord behind the Tresen was very cunning and vocabulary, the Bedinung kind but also not really nice. I wanted a salad plate with chicken breast as offered on the internet only in summer! So I ate pork medallions with cheese parrots. The pig medallions were more than dry. The cheese parrots were okay. Salad you can get at the buffet was fine. You got tired, but a second time I don't need to come.

Warnung!Wer in diesem Restaurant ein Essen bestellt und es wagt zu sagen, dass es ihm nicht schmeckt (fritiertes "Kalbsschnitzel" mit fritierten "Bratkatoffeln") läuft Gefahr von der Wirtin persönlich in übelster Form beleidigt und bepöbelt zu werden. Allerdings nachdem sie mit dem "Fleisch" am Tisch gestanden hat um zu beweisen, dass das Fleisch gut sei und der Gast keine Ahnung habe, weil diesen "Geschmack" von "Kalbfleisch" nicht kennen würde. Zudem legt die Wirtin auf solche Gäste keinen Wert".Fazit: Wer einen schönen Abend und gutes Essen haben möchte, geht besser nicht in die Rose nach Ostfildern!

Mein Kollege und ich haben im Hotel "altes Rathaus" übernachtet. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat das Restaurant, das zum Betrieb gehört, empfohlen. Es ist ein einfaches Gasthaus das etwas älter eingerichtet ist. Der Herr hinterm Tresen war sehr knurrig und Wortkarg, die Bedinung freundlich aber auch nicht wirklich nett. Ich wollte einen Salatteller mit Hähnchenbrust wie im Internet angeboten - gibt es nur im Sommer ! Also habe ich Schweinemedaillons mit Käsespätzle gegessen. Die Schweinemedaillons waren mehr als durch und ziemlich trocken. Die Käsespätzle waren ok. Salat, den man sich am Buffet holen kann, war in Ordnung. Man wurde satt aber ein zweites Mal brauche ich nicht kommen.
