The food was excellent. A few changes to the menu were interesting and delicious. Staff are friendly and efficient. A real gem. We will return soon. Thank you.

eating was great that I enjoyed the presentation. overall we did not find anything we were thrilled about the top. only the reason we gave him a 4 but it could have been the heat. so hot currently we were excited to leave and cool off. the service has 4 due to lack of water. twice we were waiting outside and patient, but with services that last about 2.5 hours, will drink some water and it was difficult to get more. loved the modern furnishings. not complaining about location or style. on the point

Fantastic food, excellent ambiance. We had a 4 course meal, all was very good, The portion were a bit to much, definitly when you have a 4 course meal. The portions on the plate may be a bit smaller. We had the comparing wine, 3 glasses of white wine and a sweet wine with the dessert. All were very nice and well comparing, although it would be a suggestion to ask the customer if he prefers a red wine by the meat. As extra we got a fabulous amuse with a comparing prosecco, We recommend this restaurant, go and find out a bit off fine dining in Bolsena.

The restaurant is not big, stylish and with jazz music makes really nice impression. Very friendly host offers you amazing wine list and shows you the wine cellary which makes an intresting trip. The food. Most of the dishes was beautifully served and delicious, really. Only one of them was a failure, no-taste, watery texture risotto. But the atntipasti was very much worth recomendation, especially the soft egg. There is only one chef cooking-everyone can shamble sometimes. And what’s so more, as for this elegance and amazing wine it wasn’t to expensive. View menu
