The service was extremely disappointing. They claim it takes 90 minutes for the pizza to be ready, but we only received four small pieces after repeatedly inquiring about our order. It's not really worth the price. I wouldn't recommend going there.

The food was good, but it was definitely not worth the money I paid. Ambiance is good. Probably good for partying The service was poor. They charged me £1 for the donation without asking me! What the hell!! In general, you should ask customers if they are willing to donate before adding it to the bill! I wasn't asked if I was willing to donate, but they added it to the bill to steal £1 from me!

I visited a restaurant named after Gordon Ramsay and unfortunately, there were some disappointments. They had no fries available and no coleslaw either. My daughter ordered wings, but they forgot to bring them. She also wanted to use the ice machine, which was out of order. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—everyone was lovely, and my partner even received a free pint for the inconvenience.
