"While staying at a nearby hotel, we were searching for a good place to have a meal. We stumbled upon Granite City in the airport terminal. We were seated promptly and had excellent service from Kamil. Our expectations for the food were not high, but we were pleasantly surprised. The Mac and cheese was the best I've ever tasted, served with a fresh garden salad. We also tried the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, which was equally as delicious. The chef, Scott, clearly knows what he's doing. Our food was so good that we ended up ordering more!"

Bad service, bad food, dirty and just a horrible experience. How can they keep this up at the airport, a serious change of management are needed.

Went for dinner before a flight . Closes at 630pm food stopped at 5 so if you want food u need to wait until checked in a through security. Bad for an airport, couldn't believe it.

Long queues at security trying to get possessions after being scanned. Staff not instructing passengers to take the tray to a table. Empty trays left behind. Passengers doing their job for them by telling other passengers and moving tests. Shambles of a place. It’s never been any different so please don’t blame it on staff shortages since covid.

Arrived when the Staff were just leaving , They asked what i was looking for , I explained i was staying locally at a hotel for work and just wanted to enjoy the Sun , The Manager Jamie Told me it was ok to use the Beer Garden asked me nicely to bin any mess . Perfect way to spend and Evening in This nice weather rather than a boring Hotel Room , Coming Back Tomorow

The staff is working hard, but facing a difficult challenge. The restaurant is crowded (in a negative way), dirty, and lacks atmosphere. A small, low-quality Christmas tree on the bar sums it up. It takes a certain lack of consideration to not provide phone-charging facilities. If the goal is to make customers feel unwelcome and unappreciated, then this restaurant has succeeded.

Bags of crisps were displayed on the bar in small baskets so I opened a pack while waiting for my Guinness to be poured. £2.25 for a sliced fried potato in a bag and the pint was £7.50. Almost ten quid for a pint and a bag of crisps is unbelievable and having read previous reviews I have to say I agree with them. If you’re arriving best to jump in that taxi and drink where it takes you.

There was three of us in a group. Two had the burgers the third having the Caesar salad. The food was ok, well all did not have a problem and friendly enough servise for a airport. Though the mens toilet door sounds like it’s about to come of it’s hinges. A constant banging that goes straight through you, not nice when you’re trying to eat a meal or have a drink. A bit of maintenance to the door wouldn’t go amiss

I was at the airport to see off a friend and decided to have breakfast. The food was served with a smile by a very friendly team. It is reassuring to see a restaurant take allergies seriously. I ordered a bacon roll (knowing it did not contain my allergen) and they still took precautions to prepare my food separately from my friend's. This is a great spot to visit when at the airport. Kudos to Katie, Jamie, and Scott for a job well done.
