"Das Banoi ist eines von zwei asiatischen Restaurants in Neuruppin, welches vegane Optionen anbietet. Die Auswahl hier ist gut und abwechslungsreich, doch sind die Speisen, für das was man bekommt, ganz schön teuer. Mein Essen, „vegane Ente (knusprig) in Kürbis-Curry-Kokos Soße“ für 16,90€, hat gut geschmeckt und war schön angerichtet, aber die Portion war überschaubar. Der Service war leider etwas unbeholfen und hat uns sogar ein Getränk zu viel berechnet. Das ist uns leider erst auf dem Nachhauseweg aufgefallen. Wir waren schon 2018 dort und ich war mehr als enttäuscht. Zum Glück habe ich dem Banoi noch eine weitere Chance gegeben, da sich Auswahl und Qualität sehr stark verbessert haben. Ich freue mich schon, beim nächsten Mal etwas Neues zu probieren."

"Lage:Im Herzen Neuruppins. Parkplätze gibt es drum herum. In den Nebenstraßen findet man immer was.Restaurant:Gemütliche Einrichtung. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen essen. Am Wochenende empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung.Essen:Die Pizzen sind groß und lecker. Da ich immer die gleiche Pizza bestelle, muss ich kritisieren, dass sie je nach Koch immer anders zubereitet wird. Den Rucola musste ich oft fast suchen. Leider waren manche der Bestellungen bei Abholung schon kalt. Geht überhaupt nicht.Service:Sehr nett. Allerdings wurde uns bei der Bestellung per Telefon letzte Woche gesagt, das Essen sei in 10 min fertig. Wenn man dann pünktlich da ist und noch zusätzliche 15 min warten muss, ohne dass einem zumindestens ein Cappuccino wg. der längeren Wartezeit angeboten wird, ist das nicht kundenfreundlich.Preise:Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Unverschämt finden wir allerdings, dass man bei Mitnahme der restlichen Pizza nach einem Abend im Restaurant, 50 Cent extra für den Pizzakarton zahlen soll. Und das obwohl man mit einer größeren Gruppe sehr viel Geld dort gelassen hat. Bei Abholung der Pizza zahlt man übrigens nichts extra für den Karton. Lächerlich. Wenn man sich eine Pizza teilt und unterschiedlich belegen lässt, zahlt man auch einen Aufschlag von 2 €. Das entbehrt sich jeglicher Logik.Fazit:Das Essen ist gut, aber aufgrund der langen Wartezeiten und der oft kalten Pizza, werden wir uns eine Alternative suchen."

"Wir waren heute Mal auf einen Kurztrip nach Neuruppin und kamen durch Zufall auf das Hotel wegen Mittagessen....Ich muss echt sagen es gibt kaum noch Essen wie dieses die absolut frisch gemacht werden mit richtigen Kartoffeln, Gemüse, Fleisch und daher round about absolut Top essen und absolut nette freundliche Bedienung.....Kann ich echt nur weiter empfehlen Service: 5"

"Despite the weakening of form. Portofino is a modern restaurant of high price. Especially attractive in summer due to the good location by the lake. But also on a rainy November evening it offers a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. We liked the attentive and nice service. The food is very nicely dressed and good products are used. Unfortunately, on our plates the vegetables were cold and the actually well roasted meat lukewarm. It was sober. Actually, I wanted to forgive three stars, but the service really reacted professionally to our criticism. I hope it was just a weakening of form, otherwise it would be a shame for such a nice restaurant."

"This is a little gem of a restaurant. I arrived here with my girlfriend on a last minute idea with no reservation on Valentine's night. The super friendly staff got us a table within a few minutes after some shuffling of tables. We were quickly...servers an amazing ore starter of a beetroot soup which was to die for. I decided to have the tapas plate. Which in honesty was way to big and really the only reason for a star review instead of I am not sure you would classify it as tapas but the food was good though a bit heavy as a starter. This was followed by grilled dorada which was out of this world. Cooked to perfection! My girlfriend had a couple of unusual dishes. The starter was a salad with salmon shrimps bad strawberries and kiwis. A mix you wouldn't think works but some house does! This was followed by asparagus and salmon with a sumptuous herb mashed peas base and an unusual sauce we could place it tasted great. Finally as I like to eat I ordered the mousse desert (photo included). I can't comment on that yet as I am about to eat... so I guess you will have to come and try it for yourselves. Fantastic restaurant with nice ambience. Recommended!"
