"Sehr hübsch gemacht! Selbstgemachte Burger, die aber noch Potenzial nach oben haben. Vielleicht ein wenig mehr selbstgemachte Zutaten verwenden! Hatte vier Burger und zwei Pommes gekauft. Würde alles in eine Tüte gequetscht. Die Burger waren deshalb beim Auspacken platt, da sie unten in der Tüte waren. Vielleicht den wartenden Gästen, die abholen, ein Getränk kostenlos anbieten. Dann kommt man noch lieber wieder. Die Wartezeiten sind länger, da alles frisch gemacht wird, was ja auch I.O. ist. Trotzdem hätte ich mir bei der Wärme gewünscht! Ansonsten alles prima. P.S.: Danke für das Angebot, was ich gerne annehme und dafür direkt auf erhöhe!"

"Große Portionen sind wohl Teil des Konzeptes. Auf der Heimreise schnell etwas etwas, weil das Mittagessen ausgefallen war. TripAdvisor sagte, dass uns hier eine gute Bewirtung erwarten würde. Naja, es kommt natürlich auf den individuellen Maßstab an. Ein riesiges CordonBlue, dick parliert, wohl aus der Fritteuse, naja, befriedigend ist wohlwollend. Eine Schüssel mit Pommes hätten auch für zwei gereicht. In dem Fritteusenfett schwamm wohl auch schon etwas anderes, dass den Geschmack beeinflusste. Naja, jedenfalls ging alles sehr schnell und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich."

"Kurz und knapp kann die guten Bewertungen bzgl. Pizza nicht nachvollziehen gesamte Teamstimmung war desaströs, jeder hat jeden angemacht der Pizzabäcker zog einen Monsterflunsch, daher unsere Pizza stressbedingt leider auch nicht durchgebacken, Hauptsache schnell, schnell Der Schankkellner M. hat nur seine bemühten Kollegen angeschnauzt Lichtblick: unsere Bedienung, ein junger Herr mit Brille, Locken ohne Bart war freundlich, nett, aber man sah auch wie er sich unter der schlechten Stimmung innerhalb des Teams sichtlich unwohl gefühlt hat. Fazit: Leute, ihr könnt eure miese Stimmung nicht vor den Gästen ausleben, das kommt früher oder später zurück. Eine klärende Aussprache und klare Aufgabenverteilung sowie ein vernünftiger interner Umgang wird sich direkt auf eure Kunden auswirken und euch das Arbeiten wieder Spaß bringen."

"we were in a lock-up and always had good experiences, except last time. I had ordered an salat that was offered in the menu without any supplements and therefore expressed the wish to get additionally a piece of chicken breast...has everything worked and was delicious. After I had paid, I noticed that on the salat bill was calculated as with € 13,00 and for the chicken breast additional € 11,00...sum € 24,00! I mentioned this very quiet and beautiful with the notiz, not the intention to have refunded a transport. so really constructive. After I said that I did not find this price share and I get a larger salat with bark strips in the city for this carry, the answer came: then they go to the city! . I did not expect that, and I was very disappointed."

"Unfriendly, feminine, older operation threw us the menus on the table without greeting. Beverage ordering a still water, instead we got the opposite.
