"It is clear that these two young professionals, one at the service, the other at the stove, deserve to be encouraged. Some research, a desire to taste local products. For our part, we found the kitchen a little too alambicated, at the risk of putting in the second plane the flagship product of the plate. This is the risk of culinary research. "Un restaurant qui vaut assurément le détour. Simple et qui l'assume, avec une cuisine maison plus que généreuse, des produits frais et de qualité à un prix plus qu'abordable (même incroyable pour les lyonnais que nous sommes). Tout est bon, de l'entrée au dessert. On en sort repus, et le sourire aux lèvres et au cœur. Que nous sommes heureux d'avoir poussé la porte du restaurant Garrec"
