"alina and larisa were very nice and well looked after. the food we got was nice and we enjoyed the afternoon, but it was missing the wow factor, they did not know that they were fed in the palast if it was not for porcellan and the small chocolate crowns on the cake, the pavilion is simply not big enough to squeeze it off. When I booked it, the cost was advertised at £38, but on the day it was £42, which I got for what we got, quite expensive."

food is very insipid and does not justify the price.

Wonderful place to have afternoon tea. The sandwich, scone and dessert tray is plenty for two average people.

Beautiful surroundings. We walked through the Diana garden first. The Pavilion was nice but they could have flowers or candles on the table. Pictures on the walls. Foid was good but overpriced.

This restaurant is absolutely top-notch! I couldn't fathom tea being any better than what they serve here. The flavors of the food were extraordinary, and the tea was simply delicious. Chris provided exceptional service, and the overall value was excellent.

The tea service was great but the ambiance is very lacking. Although on the grounds of the Kensington Palace. The venue is basically a semi-permanent catering tent. Not the greatest experience for the money. You can experience same service, same price in one of London's posh hotels. Staff were very nice however.
