"My wife and son also ordered from the limited menu but found the choices to be lacking. The drink prices were exorbitant; I ordered a drink with lime and was charged £0.65 for just the lime, which was disappointing given the portion size. On a Saturday night, there were very few diners, which was surprising. We dine out at least once a month in Hassocks, where the menu selection is great and the atmosphere is always bustling. The same drinks we ordered there are at least a third cheaper than at Hangleton Manor, where the lighting is much better and the overall experience far superior. We’ve visited Hangleton Manor over the years, but we have yet to leave satisfied."

This is a favourite with my family for lunch or any special occasion. It's a wonderful building and the food's great and the staff are super welcoming and accommodating.

We had a lovely dinner in the evening, enjoying generous portions of beautifully cooked food with magnificent aromas. The menu features a great selection of typical gastropub dishes in a cozy restaurant area. The bar is also beautiful, offering a good selection of beer and wine. The atmosphere is fantastic, making it a consistent favorite for us!

I always rate the food really highly here but last week it was a little disappointing. I did try something different though, the British Ham and Eggs. The eggs were perfect but the ham was only just warm and very thin. I think I expected something more like a gammon slice, rather than a thick slice of ham. Everyone else was very happy with their meals so maybe this just wasn't the right meal fro me I'll stick to the Burgers and Pies which are always amazing. Service was lovely and friendly as always thank you.
