"we were with several friends in the evening at 19.30 a.m. on a Thursday in the new trendy meeting of the paderborner Burger friends. without reservation is nothing at present. is one in the happy position to get a table, unfortunately one has to yell at the rest of the evening, so loud it is in the local. may it be overfilled and/or at the very student publikumen? who knows.The service is also apparently exclusively equipped with students who duze on it all: IKEA shopping feeling therefore included. we are advised by kellner kilian friendly (!) and quickly served. a drink is served differently than ordered, but nobody points to it. only on demand is explained that the ordered drink is out. cola light is out sometime. kilian's statement: "It seems that our guests like to drink cola light". three of our friends (included by myself) ordered salate, which sounded very promising on the map. my austeritarian was actually nothing but a huge bowl full of iceberg salad. On top of two slices of parmaschinken, a (!) small cocktailtomate and three or four completely boiled, in itself crumbled, green sparing sticks. two Grissini-like broth bars and the whole cost proud 12.30 euro. as kilian asks whether everything is in order and tastes us, I report from my disappointment about the salat (as well as my friends, who should eat an equally great mountain rocket salad. Horse stable ambience was wide). kilian answers me that he is sorry, but my criticism is inappropriate. that's like I'm complaining about the burger at mcdonalds. they are a franchise chain (I know, dear kilian) and therefore I would have to write an annoying mail to the happy hans. Uh... well, what do you ask for our satisfaction? friends let the pommes frites and sweet potato frits stand in rows because they were either not crooked enough or too chess. really satisfied with his eating was no one in our rows. as kilian learns that we want to pay separately, he does his unmistakably sound about it. I'll tell him that it's getting more lucrative for him in terms of drinking money, but that doesn't spoil him. overall the waiter crawls too much around and makes it poor at good service. it's nothing but a Burger building. I don't understand the hype and will no longer seek my culinary happiness in the future."

The only place which a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Delicious burgers, great cocktails. I absolutely love the sweet potato fries. Friendly staff. Cozy place with nice ambiance. we needed more than 40 minutes to give up our order. I had an salate with avocado, which was delicious. my companion had ordered sweet potato pommes. that was really cold with us. we let them go back and got a hot portion. but also that took forever. that we had to eat separately. that was very annoying . our order was not exceptional now. do not want to know how long it takes to order burger how long you have to wait

we were in the hans and happy today. eating was super as usual, but the service is not exactly friendly. first we got a drink with ice which we ordered without. isn't a problem you think you've been told about demand, and then I'll take it out. then we were brought a herb salad instead of a normal salad. we are then back to the service, which then said to us, that is a normal salat that you see and that in a patty ton.

on a rainy Friday evening at 18 o'clock we got fortunately a table and the menu that was recommended by the very friendly waiter. the alcohol-free cocktails were good, even if it took some time to serve them. the burgers were also very good, but it took for the fact that we had ordered a burger, quite long. tastefully definitiw first class and therefore we were not here for the last time. then we will reserve definitiw. we were here in a group of 11 people. advantages: delicious eating extensive food and drink card scurile, lively environment super friendly and helpful staff: the personal has confused ordering and struggle with the Burger identification, so that my lukewarm was when they had handed it around: / maybe they need to be called flattering for them? if you look around, this also seems to happen with small tables. I think it's a great restaurant and I'll definitely come back, but maybe not with a big group.

Although it is almost impossible to get a place at the weekend without reservation, we had luck and spontaneously decided to do this locally. the chain "hans im Glück" has been found in paderborn for some time and we have been told about the delicious burgers. we can also only report positively here: by the four different sauces, which are ready at the table, you can always taste every food. we found the sweet potato pots that were so fast eaten that we had to order another portion. tasty for eating were also the drinks - with us anti-alcoholic, for that with a lot of fresh mint. the only part of eating was that we were so tired that we couldn't taste a bit more.
