"We visited with our children and family members and were seated quickly with no problems, the staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble, my son accidentally broke a glass and I felt terrible but the staff were very good about it. The food was good and the atmosphere was lovely, not quite a five but a very solid 4 - the baked apple rings were the highlight of my meal. We would visit again thanks for a nice afternoon."

Went there with my Lady Wife. We had a lovely dinner which we both enjoyed. The service was good and the beer excellent. We'll visit again.

Eat here regularly. If you sit outside it's lovely but the menu is smaller. Still a good variety and covered all the fussy and faddy eaters. Great helpful and friendly staff. Good value.

I well know the place in summer but also In Spring and winter ! Take this Paderborner potato soup as starter ! I always recommend this one. The schnitzel (Das original ) is also well done and pretty much ok as main course View menu

3 of us arrived late with no reservation, but the staff made us welcome at the bar and assured us they would get us seated. Had a table within 15 mins and an option of an english menu which was helpful. Starters and mains were all really good, the beer was plentiful and the bill more than reasonable. Would eat here with family and/or friends, and would recommend if in the area.

The Salat to my Chicken was very good, but what spoilt it was the chicken. Weather or nor it was due to the Chicken or the cooking of it I would not like to say.Those that had Schnitzel or other meat dishes seem to have enjoyed their meals better.After the meal sitting in the Garten with Live music was a great end to the evening, but I would suggest reserving your places to avoid disappointment.
