"Had last visited and eaten at the Brauhaus in 2006 so this was a trip down memory lane. Their is a saying that you should never go back, but this definitely not the case here. The food was even better than I remembered. I had the wild boar in a rich gravy with red cabbage flavoured with a pear and red currant sauce and a potato side. It was to die for. I accompanied this with a large Warsteiner beer which was crisp and refreshing. I then had the doughnuts with pears and cream for dessert and they were equally superb. The Brauhaus is my favourite bar in Paderborn. It is perfect for a couple or for a large group night out. I would recommend booking ahead in the Spring/Summer. You will not be disappointed."

Eat here regularly. If you sit outside it's lovely but the menu is smaller. Still a good variety and covered all the fussy and faddy eaters. Great helpful and friendly staff. Good value.

Hier bin ich nicht sehr oft.. aber bei jedem Deutschen WM Spiel : Grosser Flat plus Kaltes Bier und draussen sitzen : das donnert... Mit den Paderborner Party machen wenn die Deutsche Manschaft weiterkommt... auch wenn die WM nicht läuft ist ein Besuch hier Pflicht.. Grosses Bier für 3€ ist Zahlbar für jeden.. und der Service ist klasse.... hier ist jeder willkommen

Here I am not very often. but with every German World Cup game: big apartment plus cold beer and sitting outside: these thunders... Join the Paderborner Party when the German Manschaft continues... even if the World Cup does not pay a visit here, it is absolutely necessary. Large beer for 3€ is for everyone to pay and the service is great.... here everyone is welcome.

The Salat to my Chicken was very good, but what spoilt it was the chicken. Weather or nor it was due to the Chicken or the cooking of it I would not like to say.Those that had Schnitzel or other meat dishes seem to have enjoyed their meals better.After the meal sitting in the Garten with Live music was a great end to the evening, but I would suggest reserving your places to avoid disappointment.
