"A few days later, I returned the unopened and unused Calor Gas cylinder, assuming I could easily get a refund. However, the store manager refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that it was his staff who had misled me in the first place. Additionally, the manager did not adhere to social distancing guidelines during our conversation, standing less than 2 meters away from my son and me. I am very disappointed that this company provided incorrect advice and then failed to rectify the situation. The manager’s handling of the matter left much to be desired, and as a result, neither I nor my extended family will shop at this store again. We will instead choose trusted brands that take care of their customers. Moving forward, I plan to buy gas from Flogas and get my BBQ accessories, garden furniture, and other items from reliable retailers like B&Q and Homebase. For plants, I will turn to Hillier Gardens and Bonsai Trees. Unlike Haskins Garden Centre, these companies prioritize customer satisfaction."

Haskins West End has the best organized social distancing measures of any establishment I've visited throughout the entire COVID-19 period. The staff were exceptional in every aspect. Great job, Haskins!

I visited today with my mum who recently been diagnosed as coeliac, she asked about her options for having cake. Hannah In the restaurant could not have been more helpful, checking the allergy book and finding something suitable. We were very impressed with Hannah and her kindness.

Attempted to visit today with my Mother and the dog. New Policy 'No Dogs ' no mention of this 'new ridiculous normal policy ' on your website. Used to visit regularly, I won 't be visiting again... Militant Little Boy on the door, most unwelcoming! New Normal for me won 't include Haskins ????
