"We visited Heritage on Wednesday to try their Christmas menu, I checked it before on their website and really liked the festive dishes they put. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely hostess, I think her name was Simona, she was so welcoming and attentive, and to me this attitude is always a huge bonus. The Christmas menu itself was a wonderful experience, we couldn't be more satisfied! Such a nice mix of authentic Alpine dishes with more familiar to us dishes of European cuisines. Taste-wise, our food was fantastic, from foie gras to bbq grill and then to a beautifully shaped quince strudel... Just marvellous! We will be definitely back again in the new year, looking forward to our next visit!"

This was a more comfortable and lovely spot for an evening meal. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

I visited with friends for a weekend roast, and the service and food were excellent! I’ll definitely be coming back next time for the cheese fondue.

spectacular, groundless brunch experience. friendly personal. great place all tables full, but we could still entertain! sumptuous sausages with raclette and fried egg, fantastic fondue with brot and kartoffel, delicious desserts of chocolate fondue with obst, marchmallows and doughnut balls.

a few days ago we were just there because the Irish pub was completely booked and we had an incredible and unexpected Tiki experience! ivan served us 6 cocktails, mainly based on around, all tasty and entertain us with the layers about the drinks. people who love their job! surely better then every packed Irish pub! more! would recommend friends and family! x

My disappointing experience began right at the entrance, where the security guard rudely demanded ID from each of us, refusing to let us in otherwise. Once inside, the wait staff were inattentive and seemed more engaged in arguments with each other than in serving customers. The overall atmosphere was quite unpleasant. The cocktails and food were just average, and I even had to send some cocktails back to the bar because they were lacking mixers. View menu

Hard to fully judge a restaurant on a set meal but: with a limited menu, set meal, starter (missing one of the two options we could eat), but what we had was nice. Mains: Raclette tiny portion of cheese with a plateful of potatoes, trout came without vegetables or car which is tight. Desert was nice Charged £5.50 for a bottle of water when we asked for tap. Could not be bothered to argue. Overall ok , which is a shame for a restaurant which came with such good reputation.

the bouncer at the entrance was beautiful and made my friend and I laugh both. service was fast, but we ordered raclette, expects a raclette wheel or at least one version of it as self service, but it was pre-served that was away from the experience. Drinks were nice, but when we tried to pay, we were overloaded despite the request. then we had to ask the bill again and were offered as an apology free cocktails, which were only half the size of a normal cocktail. we didn't feel particularly appreciated by the heritage, except the bouncer who was fantastic.
