I have always loved to go to Herzblut, especially with foreign visitors, but this last visit was a disaster. The service was below everything you could imagine. Food was OK.... but the service.... OMG. Unacceptable

We went there on a friday evening, the weather was great so we sat outside, on the high table.. which is a great place for people watching on the Reeperbahn. service was fast and easy going, we had very good and huge burgers with fries....Drinks were good
