"I have visited Hickory’s countless times and have always enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. However, after my recent experience at their Super Bowl event, I felt it was important to share this review. My friend and I had a fantastic evening, and midway through, we started to feel a bit hungry, so we decided to order some fried chicken from the Super Bowl menu. Unfortunately, I had to wait 40 minutes just to inquire about the food, as it hadn’t arrived yet. Once it finally came, though, it was delicious, as always. The staff were incredibly apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify their mistake. I don’t hold any resentment about the wait—given how busy it was, I didn’t expect super-fast service. Additionally, the compensation for the wait exceeded my expectations and only reinforced my belief that the restaurant and its employees are some of the most dedicated, welcoming, and attentive I’ve ever encountered. I would be very proud to have them as my colleagues."

Really good experience. Fun and different. Great themed restaurant with interesting decor and lots of different areas to dine. Delightful staff and service, food really good too. Typical BBQ smokehouse cuisine with lots to choose from the menu. We just had the main. The complimentary popcorn was a fun nice touch. Would highly recommend if BBQ is your stuff.

Booked on the off chance for me and my husband. We ordered the sharing platter that costs £40. As this only equates to £20 I think its good value, as it gives you the option to see what you like and don't. My only criticism is that instead of 3 different styles of pork ribs, there should either be chicken or prawns, as to be fair I couldn't tell the difference. The brisket is amazing as is the t the pulled pork and beans . Fries are amazing and drinks are good. I had a blood orange margarita that was lush. The slaw is mediocre and hardly worth the effort. I will go back, not just in a hurry.
