"We visited the Bavarian restaurant near the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag building as a group of about 40 people on a multi-day organized trip from the German government's press and information service. Dinner at Hopfingerbräu in the Palais, Ebertstr. 24, 10117 Berlin Yes, what should I say, attractive restaurant with good beer. The service, i.e. the nice employees earn 5 stars. Unfortunately, that's not enough. The food was a single disaster. It should be one. Berlin Currywurst with surcharge for distinctive €12,50. The sausage itself was already very large and also thicker, but in fried. Besides, the sausage itself has no taste. An absolute NO GO. The alleged “curry sauce” was also not, but a BBQ sauce. FAZIT: Never again! Other foods can be better, I don't know. But this is by far the worst “Currywurst” I have eaten in Berlin over 10 years."

Super cake offer and drinks came quite fast despite the whole house. Prices are also for the location directly at BBTor.

We stayed in this house on 29. November 2018 at our visit to the Bundestag. We didn't have to eat so badly long. Sacks with potato salad lay below the belt line. This house doesn't see us again. The service corresponded to the food!

During the first visit we sat outside at sunshine in the cozy beer garden and actually wanted to drink only a refreshing cyclist. But the food of our table neighbours, a crispy porkshaxe with crèche, looked so appetizing that we were ordered and not disappointed.

Food was okay, but not measured more than the price. The service was friendly, but not anymore. We had a strong feeling that the price of high-quality food is measured less than at the location next to the Brandenburg Gate. Too bad, because from the outside it looked much better. Even in Corona inspections it didn't feel safe. Although the tables are far enough apart, we could not perceive other measures, such as the disinfection of the tables. The collection of data also seemed hardly interesting. We promised more.

The Hopfingerbräu at the Palais in Berlin is one of the restaurants that you find, once found, always again. During the first visit we sat outside at sunshine in the cozy beer garden and actually wanted to drink only a refreshing cyclist. But the food of our table neighbours, a crispy porkshaxe with Breznödel, looked so appetizing that we were ordered the same and not disappointed. We were never disappointed. Whether we ordered Wiener Schnitzel, Italian Penne, Bayerische Sparerips or half a chicken, all portions were rich, tasty and fresh. This cosy place is definitely recommended, especially in beautiful weather outside in the beer garden.

The Hopfingerbräu in the Palais ne clear recommendation from me, a stay at this restaurant at the näist a very large yet cozy restaurant in Berlin. The dishes are very good and the staff was always friendly. Prices are in an acceptable price, so I can recommend the restaurant to everyone. The card is very large, here everyone will find something for their taste. The restaurant is very centrally located near the Brandenburg Gate and is therefore very easy to reach. Despite the size, no excessive hectic occurred, everything seemed perfectly played and organized. A clear recommendation from me to plan a stay in this restaurant at the next Berlin-Trip.

We used the visit to friends to look around in Berlin. At this city tour we noticed the restaurant Hopfingerbräu in the Palais. The outside impression was positive and confirmed in the rooms of the restaurant. Lots of wood, beautiful lamps and pictures as well as paneled walls create a completely successful atmosphere. The well-trained employees have kindly received us and very politely advised. Both the Wiener Schnitzel and the Steak were perfectly prepared and wonderfully delicate. The boil on the i was the delicious, freshly tapped beer. All in all, this well-run house is absolutely recommended. During our next visit we will be happy to return there.

We are at least once a week at Hopfingerbräu in the Palais Gaststätte in Berlin and have only experienced good things there until today. It started with the fact that we needed a location for a birthday and ended up meeting every Thursday evening on a few rounds of beer there. The interior of the restaurant is very beautifully designed, especially the sweet chandelier is an eye cather for itself! The restaurant is also suitable for evenings where you want to eat instead of drinking. The dishes are very tasty and we've never had anything to do before. In person, half the chicken has always tasted very much, it was never too dry and never too raw, prepared to the point exactly! This restaurant...
