I give 4 stars because I can't say I ate badly. One flaw I've found is ordering something and not being able to perceive it on the plate. Like white buffalo pizza, raw ham and rocket, good but a little dry and you couldn't taste the buffalo at all. Smoked tortellini I expect to also taste the cream and not the acidity of the tomato and also not the basil leaf, for my taste.
