"The evening was starting perfectly well. I arrived with my girlfriend at the entrance. We have observed this wonderful place and we are heading towards the reception of the restaurant. To my surprise, we are welcomed by a person from another restaurant (Le Navigateur) who informs us that Horizon is exceptionally closed for a ceremony. We had to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I had booked the day before for 20:00 on The Fork and had received the confirmation of my reservation the day before and the day. We fell on the Navigator. Fortunately, the food was good and the service was pleasant. But for a restaurant of this rank, it is unacceptable."

Closed: perhaps not profitable enough for a gastronomy in Les Sablettes... Reopening one day perhaps or towards more affordable cuisine, but in fact it already exists: the two other restaurants of the big hotel still open!
