"Gita domenicale, bel posto e buon cibo. Si consiglia di prenotare. Abbiamo optato per il menù contadino ed è stato molto abbondante!!! Si esce a pancia piena! Prezzo adeguato. Locale pulito. Essendo ampio e sempre pieno, occorre solo un po' di pazienza per l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra, ma ci sta visto le porzioni abbondanti. Antipasto buono e sfizioso, la carne del secondo si scioglieva in bocca."

"So, historical place, very nice and in a good position. As for the restaurant and all very nice and it feels that there are cooks women in the kitchen, tastes and abundance prevail... as for the service of the three girls serving at the tables, a tall and robust and often rude with a little cute way in the catering..if it wasn't for her I would have given a 10..."

"A wonderful sunny day, the first for a long time, so a good opportunity to try the Trattoria San Salvatore. It commands lovely views over Lake Maggiore from it's garden terrace, but sadly the food is very basic and lacking in inspiration. A meat platter for starters was fresh and tasty, a mushroom rissotto was OK, but polenta and stew to follow was all a bit top heavy, and reminded me of a boy scouts outing!..We tried this restaurant 3 years ago and the menu hasn't changed...please please a bit more variety please, for the sake of that wonderful view!"

"We had an outdoor ride at this riding school. great experience to drive in Italy. Someone accompanied us as a guide who told us about the area and gave directions. The route was fun. Everything was clearly explained to my friend who also came along and is a beginner. What I do find annoying is that when you explain that you also have horses and therefore have experience, you are not taken seriously and they continue to treat you as a beginner and start discussions. I understand that it is well-intentioned, but it comes across as annoying. I think some of the horses there are a bit on the thin side, but most looked good and healthy. The horses we rode were very well behaved and relaxed. I think I would recommend it, the grounds look well cared for and super tidy."

"a real farm on all fronts! beautiful location surrounded by greenery and far from the noises of the city and traffic. also has a large internal parking. as soon as you arrive you immediately feel the silence of the hill. the structure is very beautiful and the reception of the staff makes you feel immediately at home with its kindness and professionalism. the raw materials are all produced by the farm and, to the goto, it feels all the flavor of ingredients to meters we were at lunch one Sunday of August. the menu is fixed and is not always the same because it is linked to the seasonality of the ingredients and this is an extra quid!!! in two we ate the antipasto of the house formed by capricious salad, salad of vegetables in agrodolce, salami of the house with focaccia of pastry and cheeses produced by them, all exceptional and very abundant.! First we were served a risotto with the toma, fabulous! As a second we were brought a veal stew and tapulone, accompanied by polenta. seconds that left us breathless for their goodness and quantity! Finally they brought us, like sweets, a tiramisu and a cake of bread drowned in dark chocolate, both enjoying! all accompanied by liters of house wine, coffee made with moka and grappa distilled from them. total cost of lunch: euro! conclusions: what to say? the fixed menu costs euro per head! really lovely place, products and raw materials at meters 0 prepared with mastery, very abundant portions, kindness and courtesy of all the staff and the owner immediately put you at ease as if you were friends, value for money without equal, all to make the Sunday lunch truly unforgettable! Good, good, good. P.S. is better to book for not miss this fabulous experience!"
