"I feel like we ate in a completely different restaurant to that reviewed on here. We booked on recommendation of our hotel but couldn't get a table until the 9.30 seating the following evening. We turned up on time, but we're kept waiting, squeezed in the foyer for around 10 minutes whilst they sorted out table. It was incredibly busy, and the tables were squeezed in it felt very claustrophobic. We ordered our drinks, starter and mains after the waiter had brought over our bread. Our drinks took about 10 15 minutes to arrive, and we asked for olive oil for our bread, which never arrived! We ordered the cheese board to start and it was very disappointing very bland and tasteless and far too much of it. For our mains, we ordered penne with tomato and chili sauce average, nothing special and the spaghetti with blue cheese sauce no taste of blue cheese whatsoever. Portions were decent, but that's about the only positive. The wine, when it did eventually arrive was very nice and a reasonable price. The waiters were rushed off their feet and did not engage with us at all I wonder where the friendly waiters that everyone else speaks of were. We had 4 nights in Rome, and this was by far the most expensive and least impressive meal that we had. A real shame, as we had saved it for our last night and we're expecting a lot more."

This place is a real gem! Often busy, so book ahead, it has the eggiest carbonara with delicious flakes of pig cheek which I’d recommend two of you to order to enjoy the spectacle of the mixing and the sharing...

It is probably the best restaurant during our stay in Rome. It was close to the place we were staying. Dont forget to reserve the table. We had the table at 21:30 and even at 23:00 the people were waiting for place to sit. The food is great, service as well. Nothin else to add. Till next time Rome.. View menu

Fast, friendly waiters. Hand room. Clear menu, written on internal tables. we ate typical dishes of the Roman tradition and typical fish dishes. All good, even sweet. I did not give full score because the steak, with good goto and cooked well, was very nervous. can happen to all to serve the wrong cut. right price. I'll definitely come back. Good.

This restaurant is amazing! It is so hard to find a restaurant that has good food with the right price, especially around the tourist attractions in Rome. This restaurant is a few blocks from the Trevi fountain and is worth the walk. The food is incredible, however you must make a reservation because it is usually busy. The service is amazing and the food is out of this world.
