"So far only Lobes were heard and had to go. It's really nice, the team super and you know everything is done with a lot of love and dedication! The whole menu was very creative and visually a small artwork. Unfortunately not as expected. We were four and all took the meat with two small changes. Most of us all 4 were simply too intense from the dominance of individual elements or spices. I personally would have imagined something more elegant, more balanced. I've been eating better for the price a few times. But it was a very big evening!"

the chair is a gourmet restaurant that offers a normal 6 courses menu and a vegan 6 courses menu. Of course, they can only complete the respective courses individually. it is a bit more expensive, but it is worth it! such compositions (such as melone and wasabi or deposit and kumquat) would never cook to home, but it is an incredible taste experience.

in the field a vegan diet is considered when preordering a multi-course menu. in the menu vegan dishes are marked accordingly. Nevertheless, in the 6-course menu I had the feeling that they simply remove the non-vegan compenten of the menu instead of replacing it equivalent. the taste experience was still good! for the region this is a definitiw enrichment.
