The room service did not correspond to the offer (Romantic stay with breakfast in the room and 2 glasses of champagne on arrival) We had to request the glasses during dinner because nothing was in the room as planned. Same for breakfast which did not arrive (the information was not passed to the relevant department). It's a young team that needs to get used to it. She must learn to accept constructive comments. I'll try again in a few years."
