fantastic location in beautiful mature terrain. dog-friendly. the room was large with a sofa and table at a reasonable price. we had a nice meal in the restaurant.

This is a stunning hotel situated in a lovely setting. The room was clean, comfortable, and featured a spacious bed. The staff was friendly and professional. There was a great variety on the menu, and the breakfast was delightful. I will definitely be returning!

Located in a beautiful garden. Building does not look maintained. We were in a small separate building of 4 rooms. There was nothing pleasant there. Bald, boring, but clean. Service was friendly. The service was lovely and so was the location. Shame about my rooms location. I stayed for two nights and my room was above an extractor fan from the kitchen and it had me awake at half 6 possibly earlier. I was tired after working all day so went for an early night but again the extractor fan was roaring until about 10 pm. Rooms: 2 Service: 5 Location: 5

I stayed here for my son's wedding on Saturday, and I couldn't find anything to complain about! The wedding was excellent, and the food, rooms, and staff were all friendly and attentive. The cleaners, waiters, bar staff, and reception team could not have been more accommodating. A special shout-out to Bryony for her assistance with the organization and to Abby at the reception for all her support. This is truly a fabulous hotel!

I stayed for two nights, and while the hotel felt a bit dated, it was overall a decent choice. The location is fantastic, with a lovely riverside walk nearby. Some of the staff seemed new and inexperienced, but they were all friendly. My bedroom was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The boiled breakfast was delicious, though a bit small. On my first night, I had a burger, but it was fatty and the chips were undercooked. Despite this, I was determined to dine in again on my second night. View menu
