"On the way to Thuringen we stopped for a quick lunch in Bad Hersfeld and we saw this central cozy Italian restaurant which seemed to promise a regional cuisine experience. Unfortunately already by a quick glance to the menu (full of spelling mistakes) it became...clear that besides the mores nothing Sardinian would have been experienced. We ordered two glasses of Negramaro: the wine was old, probably the bottle was sitting around for one or more weeks open. We informed the waitress of the inconvenience, she tried the wine (with a straw and sentenced it was fine. We didn't drink it but got a glass of Chianti which was rather pleasant. My penne alla sarda were overcooked, the sauce very acid, Parmesan very old. My partner fresh noodles were much better, but he chewed a piece of packaging plastic which stuck in his throat, then he found a second piece in his plate. As a compensation we received a free Espresso and a glass of water. The first wine was not in the check."

we wanted to sit, but despite the empty restaurants, apart from two tables, we were told that every single table was reserved inside and outside and we could not sit. we walk an hour later and the restaurant was. still empty! we came with young children and wanted a table for six. in any case, I have never found such a rude and arrogant place! for a pre-Christmas branch we have reserved our lunch table here. not only that was just here. the food came fast, at the same time for all and it tasted excellent. Even if the somewhat dusty environment corresponds to a typical pizzeria from the 80s, I can only recommend this locally. a friendly, attentive and volatile operation completes the entire impression.
