"We were looking for something out of down town, non touristy. This place is great. Don 't be surprised if it 's empty before 8:30pm, the locals don 't get there until 9pm. The pizza was the best we 've had in Rome. Pasta was amazing. If you 're looking for a 'real Italian ' restaurant- this is the place. We are expats living in Rome- this is where we take our family and friends when they come visit."

Excellent pizza and appetizers. Service moderately friendly and quick only in appetizers. A very large place, so the long wait for pizzas is understandable. Overall a rustic place, traditional dishes and average service.

What a place. It doesn’t look much from the outside but once inside it is spectacular. Either sit inside or outside in the garden. The waiters all helped when it came to the language and we tried some Italian too. Great food, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
