When it was time to settle the bill, we were charged £60 for a bottle of wine, despite our order being for a £32 bottle—quite a significant error. The table service offered little in the way of an apology for this mistake. While the venue itself is beautiful and we enjoyed an enjoyable evening with friends, the level of service was disappointing and felt lacking."
