I booked a room for 2 adults and a child of 1 year and the parking space in the underground parking lot, immediately paying by credit card. The confirmation did not consider the child. I recalled to add it, along with the request of a crib. I was told that it was not strictly necessary. Upon arrival, I am informed that I must go to the police because the document of the child was only scanned and not in original we own only the passport, very complex to remake, as thefts in Milan in this period are frequent, we have not brought it with us since we have planned a short trip extra continental . After asking, if there was another procedure and that there had never been such a situation, I was not allowed to speak with the hotel manager. we spent what was left of the afternoon in the police to try to get a self-certification that certified that my daughter was actually my daughter. Obviously goodbye to our afternoon in search of Christmas gifts! I would have waited for the same receptionist solicity to enforce the rules also applied to the rest of the structure and instead.... although it was obliged to book a superior room for the presence of the crib, the cot was not present, the room had two single beds and certainly did not have sufficient footage for a further bed . After my report, the room is changed. They move us into another one, still without a crib, of considerably greater metrature, with the smooth furnishings and the marked walls. About half an hour later the cradle arrives, imagine the scene with a one-year-old girl we put the baby inside to make her rest after an afternoon between car and police and the cot closes with the baby inside. In front of 315 € for one night and an additional pre-authorization of 100€, I would expect services and kindness . It was our worst experience in Milan . central hotel, ideal if you want to move without means and visit the center. very courteous staff and super clean rooms. an additional and undisturbed note: silent room. continental breakfast with good quality products. I recommend it! View menu

Very exceptional location for the center of Milan . In front of the Sforzesco castle and a few steps from the Duomo Breakfast watching the Castle has no equal. Garage available but for a fee I would have expected for the price paid that was included I was very surprised the request of a deposit on arrival . Great and abundant breakfast. I didn't try the restaurant.

elegant hotel chain restaurant, also open to external customers, in the central area and a few meters from the castle. the premises are very beautiful and bright with tables spaced and cared for. well presented and delicious dishes. anca and will be, as all the staff of the room, are always very kind and attentive to the clientele. special care for customers with intolerances. congratulations to the young and brilliant chef davide. excellent value for money. I recommend it.
