"very welcoming place, small but exceptionally comfortable, staff decidedly reliable friendly friendly friendly friendly friendly friendly available affable......reached on Sunday (from the potato festival to Leonessa......... but coming from anzio) in group of adult people children, in a very accommodating way they welcomed us prepared the table in minutes and made to eat from FAVOLA.......... So it should be all the osterie/tractor restaurants ect. ect. if I had to give a vote I would give great."

unfortunately we had little time and we ordered only first and sweet. good welcome and very quick service. fregnacce alla sabinese(recommend and fettuccine to mushrooms . all great.

After visiting beautiful Rieti we had a dinner a restaurant located in the center of Italy. Almost busy, waiter found two tables for our group of nine. Simple and tasty food. Talliata tartufo was huge and very tasty. Very good value fot money. Very enjoyagle dinner. View menu

Tray just a stone's throw from our hotel, we ate inside, since it was definitely hot outside, we checked the green pass and made it fit. the super kind waitress, advised us to take only one appetizer with fries (more than enough for people,) really good and then we took first. The half sleeves to the carbonara were really delicious, one of the best carbonara ever eaten. recommended local, very kind staff and typical cuisine really good!

location' centered in front of the mythical caciotta di rieti once the center of Italy in the historical center of it! As soon as you enter you are greeted by competent and affable xrsonale seems to be quietly at ease in a place still to know! meat and first dishes abundant and cooked with materials and the addition of the march more definitely merit of the continuous research that makes the chef x guarantee satisfaction to customers! very good all together

"Quattro stelle, per la grande cortesia e affabilità della proietaria che esprime una passione per il suo lavoro e per il giovane studente di economia che si occupa del servizio: è stato davvero piacevole poter liberamente confrontarci su alcuni temi inerenti il mondo della ristorazione e del biologico. Bella la forma della cooperativa che collabora coi produttori locali per la salvaguardia del patrimonio enogastronomico che esalta le eccellenze locali. Il locale è gradevolmente arredato in modo attuale e semplice. Bella la selezione musicale perfetta per la conversazione. Riguardo al menù, tutto improntato sul territorio con tocchi di creatività sempre utilizzando prodotti biologici del territorio. Occorre scindere la recensione riguardo ai piatti in due: riguardo i primi piatti nulla di eccellente, nella norma; tortelli di zucca con patate e guanciale: se da una parte il ripieno e la crema esaltavano i sapori dall'altro lo spessore della pasta del raviolo annullava quel sapore. Consigli una soglia decisamente più sottile che esalti il contenuto. Anche gli stracci androdocani non hanno eccelso: sono una sorta di cannellone di crespella ripieno. Ecco qui la sfoglia era sottile ma il riepieno era piuttosto scarso. Sopra un sugo al pomodoro ma il tutto uccido dall'eccesso di formaggio sul piatto che ne copriva il gusto. Ma qui la svolta: i secondi meritano pienamente le stelle: lonza di maiale con salsa di castagne davvero eccellente come anche l'agnello arrosto era sublime, non eccessivamente grasso ma soprattutto non sapeva di selvaggio. Ottimi i dolci: un budino di Maroni con zabaione e una nocciolosa, ovvero una sorta di semifreddo djinocciole e copertura di cioccolato. Simpatico l'entree che ci viene offerto come anche il vino proposto alla mescita anche se personalmente amo vini più strutturati e corposi. Credo che il percorso di ricerca che è stato avviato possa dare i risultati sperati nel tempo"
