"What an incredible experience. By far some of the best dishes we had on the island. The staff is so warm and friendly, and not at all up-tight or cold. We felt welcome from the first moment, to the last. The staff was able to answer all our questions. I wish I got our waiters name, but he knew exactly how to treat us as guests, and kept us laughing all evening. As for the food... Excellent. Every course was so refined and tasted so good. Fresh, local produce and ingredients, treated with care and there was clearly thought in every dish. The set menu for €65 was MORE than worth the price. We would have happily paid more. The tuna appetizer with poppy seeds is one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time. So tasty, so fresh! I would highly recommend this place, wether it's for a full 5 course meal, or just a quick main course and dessert! Thank you for an unforgettable evening. Me and my partner will be talking about this restaurant for a while!"

Don’t let the seemingly ordinary exterior of this restaurant fool you. It offers elevated award-winning Sardinian cooking with some of the best bio olive oils from Sardinia. Star dishes for us were the homemade pasta and the roasted calamari.

Went there with my girlfriend and I have to say, we had a great night. We didn't know what to get so we ordered 4 different desserts and all of them were really tasty. The stuff was really nice and we also had a great time talking with the owner. All in all a great experience, Thank you :

in the picturesque castelsardo, the cormorano represents an alternative to the banal catering for tourists. here you can get refined fish preparation, starting from a very fresh raw material. not to be missed the degotation of appetizers, but leave room for the fregula to the drain or for the squids stewed with artichokes. beautiful wine card

Michelin rated restaurant in Castelsardo for fine dining, featuring local and regional fish, meat and pasta dishes carefully prepared and served with honest and enthusiastic expertise. We enjoyed two memorable lunches. The first midway during a cycling excursion. The second, upon return by car, when we enjoyed wine and food from the Piccolo Menù as our final meal before departing by ferry at Porto Torres. Highly recommended for prompt, friendly and epicurian experience.

My family I received the most appalling service here. The waitress got one of our orders wrong returned to the table with a raised, angry aggressive voice, which we couldn't understand. The first couple of main dishes of pasta were brought out before the starter dishes were cleared. The waiter just stood there whilst we tried to make room for him to put the dishes down. Our main dishes were brought out at different times..one of us hadn't received there's when the rest of us had finished. None of the other customers... who all looked sounded Italian..appeared to be receiving the awful service we were getting. Which as a family of English Irish tourists made us feel very uncomfortable unwelco...

"I thought a lot before leaving a review. four days for precision. the frame is exceptional. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the place was recommended by the premises. Unfortunately, I don't think a sardinian would ever eat here the prices. present in the outdoor tables together with us only international tourists. the fish we served was absolutely fresh, but this is where the exciting aspects of the experience end. I was wondering how you can ruin your shrimp on the grill for four days. Really. I can't. the fried was very dry but in the end, however not easily digestible. the staff was absolutely friendly and courteous but, despite there were two people who served the tables outside, there were times when there was no one to verify the needs of the customers with one of the waiters who kept chatting instead of looking around. we ordered two dishes, one of which came wrong. on the account there was a voice for a glass never consumed. all correct problems immediately, but the average price of 25% is not justified above the Italian average market for seafood. Then everyone does as they believe, but in my humble opinion a historical place like this, born of a ten-year commitment of the founding family, should not be reduced to having to survive on the basis of an uncontrolled increase in prices. I have long thought of the review until I was in another Sardinian place, far from pine pension (in other country,) where I was ecstatic from quality, attention to the customer and to which the prices were absolutely in line with the market. that means you can really do better. If I hadn't been on the street, just arrived, with a 2-year-old boy and the empty fridge, I probably would have left already after seeing that there were no Italians at the tables. I'm sorry."
