"Da Vittorio is one of the few Michelin restaurants with maximum rating. My high expectations were met. I had a mixed menu with seafood and all the courses were perfect in the sense of Antoine de Saint Exupery: Perfection is not achieved if you can no longer add anything, but if you can't take anything away. What I mean: Many courses consisted of a maximum of 3 ingredients, but of the highest quality and preparation. "Ristorante pizzeria Campana Locale grande e spazioso e molti coperti È stato la prima volta che veniamo è l'impressione è stata positiva. La cameriera che ci ha serviti molto brava e veloce. Io locale mi è sembrato pulito, e hanno rispettato le procedure per il covid. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza fritta come antipasto(buono) ma consiglierei di usare il pomodoro almeno tiepido, mentre a noi è sembrato non fosse cotta e messa a crudo. L'impasto buono. Abbiamo mangiato per primo i paccheri allo scoglio, ed è stato veramente buono, sia come cottura che come pesci, forse solo le cozze lasciavano un po' na desiderare ma tutto sommato piacevole e buono. Poi frittura mista e anche questo buono e molto abbondante una singola porzione. La grappa(barricata) ko, non aveva nulla di buono, suggerirei di cambiare fornitore o marca. Cmq è possibile mangiare sia di mare che di terrà, credo che la pizza sia il loro punto forte Prezzi nella norma, lo consiglio. AGGIORNAMENTO 30/12/2022 siamo ritornati, rettifico che rispetto alla prima volta, non sono andato via soddisfatto,al momento preferisco quello ad Azzano Pizza e panuozzo pieni di olio tanto da fare venire la nausea,peccato perché l'impasto non è male. E i prezzi,aumentati e non più convenienti rispetto alla qualità"

The mise en place is simple, essential with small works in (probably) blown glass reminiscent of the sea that make the environment less formal. Careful, fast and never invasive service. Excellent proposal of the degotation menu, brought at a price in line with the quality of raw materials. less the cost of the à la carte dishes resulting in a fur rising. The kitchen is mainly characterized by fish dishes, main characteristic of the restaurant. varying from cruditè to octopus, from sea urchins to abscess. The dishes we choose are all satisfactory, note of merit to pumpkin risotto, lobster and raw ham, definitely dish of the day and curl with pizzaiola sauce. excellent even the heavy desserts that make you finish the meal with a smile. To conclude the chef roberto proto and his wife maria morbi manage impeccably the refreshments. I highly recommend a deviation for a lunch or dinner after a day of shopping in the streets of bergamo."
