It 's rare the possibility to find a place where all the territorial and typical plats are reply in a good way. In this restaurant you can find a little of Salento region a part of Apulian region in the south of Italy. Family-run atmosphere, top service and quality ingredients. they managed to accommodate a 3 course Vegan meal alongside 3 other guests who opted for a regular a la carte. they also have a fairly extended Wine list.. all from the puglia region The orecchiette (home made, veg coal) with cime di rapa (vegan version) was a jaw-dropping, highly recommended!!! i will go back to experience the Salento again next time in Rome, for sure...
