Extremely welcoming staff and beautiful fresh food in a warm environment! I’d highly recommend and already look forward to my next visit!

quality instead of quantity, this restaurant summarizes, desserts need a better presentation especially the freeze cabinet. in total we enjoyed our meal.

Not impressed with food tonight. Hardly any starters what was there was cold, no vegetarian option curry. Nan bread hard. Not much meat in curry's. Been on a few occasions before and been good

our second visit since reopening and eating and service was excellent again. the selection and quality of the buffet was beautiful and the salat was beautiful and fresh. beautiful waitress, who even remembered what we had to drink last! a nice cozy restaurant, we. will come back soon!

The lamb is the best I have ever tasted in Any restaurant, so tender and tasty. The range of choice in the buffet was excellent and I absolutely loved the choice of nan breads, most Indian restaurants only have plain nan but not this one....Our waitress was lovely and a credit to the restaurant. My daughter loved the good range of vegetarian choices. I can’t wait to go back. View menu

we were loyal customers for 16 years and from and to great eating is excellent. we are in the house customers and takeaway customers, but only one takeaway tonight and it was bad! mushroom pakora was crispy and dry (no one had it so...before) huhn tikka pakora was salty and dry! curry was in order, but wonder if our appetizers were reheated last night? if so, don't order eating before 18 o'clock no apology tbh!

our party of 9 had booked last night. first visit there and we were all impressed by the quality of eating. the staff was also very helpful and friendly. loved the seasoned mushrooms to start and the lamb dishes were delicious. had cobra bier on...draft, that was excellent. a big thanks to oz for the Indian tee that was really good. never before tried with milk, tea, sugar and nelling. a very cozy and informal restaurant that felt very welcome. the price was very competitive and we were all surprised how low the bill was. I would certainly recommend here, and we will all be back. thanks again for a nice meal.

In my opinion much better than the Pink Turban. However, they have cornered the buffet market in the area. However, real gap in the market is for Indian street food which has taken over from the Balti Houses down in Birmingham. This place has real potential. Great ambience and cosy and clean. Drinks are very reasonably priced. The owner is polite, welcoming and so accommodating. The food appears very fresh. It has plenty of salad and reasonably healthy starters and sundries. The owner will also get the chef to cook to your own request. So overall a great place but may do better by targeting a different niche market. View menu
