"For more than 15 years now in the 50's diner. In the past, in the other branches, which were unfortunately closed by now, I still like to take 108km of easy journey to eat in the diner. "The food itself is really not bad, but the delivery person has been extremely unfriendly several times. Every time you ordered through Lieferando, there were problems and the orders weren 't completed, so Lieferando wouldn 't let you rate it. I get a call and say that Lieferando has made a mistake and that I should pick up the food. Is it actually still possible? Then you just hang up. When the delivery was made, unfriendly comments like I had to go out because of something like that and the problems that the restaurant constantly has with Lieferando are then blamed on you??? Is it still possible? In my 45 years, I have never received less friendly service from a restaurant. I will never order from here again let alone recommend it. I just feel sorry for the owner. He probably doesn 't even know what disgusting and incredibly unfriendly staff he has. I still wish the owner good luck. and no, I 'm not a fake account!!! My personal information is nobody 's business. In Germany this is also legally called data protection!!! Once again you can see from the attacking attitude that there is no reason for me or anyone I know to order there again! Direct confrontation! Stop blaming Lieferando, I called you directly!
