Apparently this place takes orders till 10 on a Wednesday night. I phoned at 9.45 and they refused to answer the phone. Why do you lie, just tell ppl you refuse to answer to answer the phone after 9.30

Shame they don't keep the precut donner meat hot twice now got the kebabs home only half a mile drive if that from the shop and they were stone cold just spoils what otherwise is a reasonable meal I like my kebab meat hot if I wanted cold meat and chips I'd have ham View menu

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The meat was very dry and chewy, and there was definitely less salad than in previous visits. I don't plan on using this restaurant again. The service was take out, and the meal was for dinner. The price per person was £20–30.

Absolutely brilliant, can not fault the food or service at all. W have been several times in the last few weeks since we have moved to Codicote. Beautiful owners who are wonderful to chat with whilst we wait for our food. Just love it in here! Our cheat days from cooking are made so much better with Izgara just up the road from us. The donner meat at this restaurant is the worst I have ever had - it is paper-thin and always burnt. I decided to give it another chance, but ended up throwing the whole thing away. The salad was also very off-tasting. While the service was great, the food was like cardboard in a box. With 3000 other places to choose from in Hertfordshire, it is clear that this place is cheaper for a reason. This is why I give the food a rating of 1.

I have just had my first Doner kebab since the new owners took over. This is a honest review on the food. The pita bread was crispy and the texture was like it was stale. The Doner meat was the worst I have had. It was undercooked and was tasteless, the texture was like eating a cheap over processed slice of meat which after a few slices made me gag. The salad was ok. Sorry but I don’t think I will be using you again. Service: Take out

Have used this place for years. Very good donner wraps, lots of meat and salad. Definitely worth the price but recently it’s been taken over by new people and we had a very poor experience. The wrap had hardly any meat or salad in it and the chips burnt through the polystyrene box. So plastic chips didn’t go down very well. Sadly this business won’t last if they cut the portions down so much and they seriously need to change their packaging. View menu
