Great value roasts only let down by being warm rather than hot. Very busy but rightly so. Will return. Could do with taking a table or two out of the restaurant to ease the noise but on the whole a good experience.

A friend and myself visited on a Thur night for a couple of drinks . 2 extremely pleasant gentlemen were running the bar and made us feel very welcome. The decoration is wonderful, outside space looked great will be lovely when sunny.

Haven't been to this place for quite a while after some disappointing meals in the past. So decided to go today and had a really excellent sunday roast. Nice range of veg and the beef was excellent. Very friendly staff and we were very well looked after by Alex so full credit there. Definitely recommended.

Visited today for Sunday lunch. I had the roast beef, and it was wonderful. Fell apart like ham. Lovely roast potatoes, amazing flavoursome gravy. Vegetables cooked to perfection, and the cauliflower cheese was beautiful. The Yorkshire puddings have to be seen to be believed. My partners lamb was the same. So if you are in the area give this a visit. Exceptional.

Celebrated my brother’s 60th birthday here. Couldn’t fault it. Service was great; we weren’t at all rushed; food was really good and great value; nice atmosphere thoroughly enjoyed it. Pub has been renovated recently and looked lovely and Christmassy. Would totally recommend for a family gathering. We will be back. Thank you to the team. Nothing was too much trouble.

The brilliant team at The G&D put on an amazing evening last night. They looked after everyone so well. The food was plentiful and of great quality. The veggie option was the best I have ever tasted. The star of the night was obviously the very talented Pete Webb as Elvis who entertained everyone in great abundance. What’s a star! Thanks for a fantastic evening. We will return!

Thank you so much. I really can't express our gratitude enough. You catered for 14 of us for Sunday lunch, the service was impeccable as was the food. To bring all 14 meals out at the same time, all perfect, it was truly a wonderful Sunday lunch. We came for a joint birthday celebration and we could not find any fault. Alex served us and was so attentive. No errors with our order and no issues with our food. The food was sublime. We will definitely be returning as a very large family. Thank you!

The gravy was flavoursome and rich, lovely roast potatoes, the yorkshire puddings, need to be seen to be believed, go and see for yourself, cauliflower cheese was flavoursome and punchy. My partner had the lamb, which was just as good. Great service and value for money, and efficient staff. Get yourselves down for a Sunday roast, if you are in the area guys. Don't take our word for it.

My family and I (all 30 of us) had a celebration Sunday lunch today for my Mum’s 80th birthday. We had the most delicious food that was plentiful, served promptly and hot no mean feat when there are 30 hungry mouths to feed. All the staff were friendly, supportive and went over and above to be kind and helpful. A special mention to Alex and Kieran who were patient, supportive and kind when my cousin fell ill. We are all so very grateful for all that they did for us. We would most definitely recommend the G&D Graveley and will be back soon to sample some more of their delicious cuisine.
