Easily the best and most authentic Pizza In Edinburgh. Along with some of the best service and a great welcoming family feel. Cant go wrong with the jolly I would highly recommend.

the best Italian in the city. splendid £5.70 set menu offers 25 different cursor choices. the wee is good, easy to understand, largely Italian and the ala-carte is appropriate. everyone seems to know the jolly, although I renew to dinburgh I have eaten there haklf a dozen times, wood fired pizza is great.

Very popular restaurant in a good location. Welcomed and expertly looked after by the staff. The food is very good and there's plenty to choose from. A trip to the toilet is an experience in itself . There's an abundance of photos to look at whilst you descend to the lower level. Overall a thoroughly pleasant experience and will go back. View menu

First time in Edinburgh and found this little family owned restaurant. I ordered some Pasta and Garlic bread to go. When I arrived in my hotel 30min later the food was still hot. The portions are great and the food tastes delicious. Lovely Italian pasta from Nonna. I felt I was in Italy the friendliness and hostility was heart warming! Will definitely return with friends to sit inside.

My wife and daughters had dined at the Jolly restaurant many times before, but this was my first time accompanying them. The restaurant offers great value with a 3-course meal for only £8.50. The menu includes options like soup or spaghetti carbonara for starters, followed by a choice of burger, chips, and salad or pizza for the main course, with a dessert to finish. Despite being busy during lunchtime, the service was excellent with tables being served promptly in the order that meals were ordered. I wish more restaurants were as efficient as this one.

best authentic pizza in edinburgh. if they are looking for the best pizza outside italian – they avoid the “pizza house” chains (the jamies ersatz italian and the inflated egos and the consuming feeling of the service in the small Italian delicacies, the lothian road and hannover street are popping up (think about Macho-Italian versions of missrsham without the spirit) there is also a large selection of pizza alternatives: pasta etc. but as a veggie I tend to keep with what the jolly made famous. if they want a real bargain and must seriously fill with the day they can be a three cure lunch for £6.10 (rather choice including pizza, which must be the best worth in the city. a decent bottle of...
