"Last Saturday we celebrated our wonderful wedding in the large hall of the Kaiserhof. Already the first contact when we were looking for a suitable place for our festival, we were warmly welcomed by the guards Fam. Lauterbach. We felt right away. We quickly chose the Kaiserhof. In January we discussed the wishes of the buffet together. Mr Lauterbach responded very well to our wishes and presented us with great proposals. Together we agreed a good selection. Every call and every question I had, called by my husband as a bridal zilla, was taken time. Nothing remained unanswered and open. Everything was prepared as discussed for the festival. We also perceived the staff as very pleasant and helpful. They came to us in everything and supported us. The Kaiserhof was very flexible with our additional wishes and was able to implement everything we hoped for. The food was just great and very delicious. All our guests praised the kitchen and service in the evening. Tina and Ronny have personally experienced as very warm and dear people who have done everything in their power to make our wedding celebration a really great event. They know what they do and have made their passion a profession. This week we were 3 more colors there food and every time we can only say well about the service and food. The ambience inside and outside are great. Once we ate in one of the wine barrels. A beautiful experience we want to repeat. Eat here today with 5 adults and 2 children. The service was great! Very friendly, always in place, but never intrusive. Not better! All small additional requests have been received. The ambience is bright, friendly and clean. And then the food! Not only that it was rich and affordable, it was really delicious! Inconvenient. There was no taste, everything fresh and tasty. Like greeting from the kitchen. Conclusion: an absolute recommendation and a flagship for the region. It must be like that! We're coming back.

The restaurant is very nice and cozy furnished with many small spectators on the tables. The service is very friendly and well maintained so that you feel very comfortable quickly. I ate the Rumpsteak with homemade pommes and salad: the pommes were very tasty, as well as the salad and the Rumpsteak were simply excellent and my absolute highlight. My family tasted their dishes very well. The gifted beers have cost me wonderfully and have rounded off the whole package. On my next holiday in the Erzgebirge, I will definitely visit the Kaiserhof again and recommend it to anyone who should be in the area.
