"Located just outside the actual town of Trassenheide, just behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea. From outside rather inconspicuous, in the middle of the forest, so it surprises inside and opens to amazing size. The pretty main restaurant, as well as a light-flooded conservatory and a Mediterranean planted terrace, make it a difficult to select the suitable seat. Fresh flowers on the tables, fabric napkins and tablecloths strengthen the first good impression. The menu offers a wide selection of regional wild and fish, which is supplemented by a season ticket depending on the season. We felt the point: Appetizer Pomeranian seasonings fine 4.50 Euro main dishes Kutterscholle with crooked roast potatoes and mixed salad very good 15.50 Euro Rothirschkalbsbraten with homemade clubs, cranberries and vegetables butterzart deer calves, tasty clubs bathed in Mel ample sauce 17.50 Euro The friendly, competent service gladly explained how the tasty sauce is made to the plaice, which meant this or that type of preparation ....... was thought up with a lush tip. Here we enjoyed so much service, ambience, favorable price performance ratio, not as overflowing as the locals in the center and the promenade ... so that we returned 2 days later to coffee and cakes on the way back from the beach. This time we were spoiled with apple strudel and egg liqueur 3.70 euros, plum stew cake 1.80 euros, as well as with Latte Macchiato and milk coffee. This time too, the very friendly service, the good price performance ratio, the good taste. No wonder the restaurant was booked almost daily, and many regular guests have come for years."

Ein sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant mit sehr gutem Angebot, insbesondere auch saisonal orientiert. Besonders empfehlenswert: Fisch- und Wildgerichte.Sehr guter Service!Leider kein regionales Bier.

Haben hier während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts im November 2016 zweimal gegessen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Herrn Kaliebe und sein Team.

Ein schöner Abend war angesagt mit Fisch und Weißwein. Freundliche Bedienung, sehr guter Weißwein (Grauer Burgunder) und wohlschmeckender Fisch (Dorschfilet und Kutterscholle).Kleines Problem bei der Bezahlung, weil man offensichtlich Kreditkarten nur ungern akzeptiert.

In Zinnowitz angekommen suchten wir ein ansprechendes Restaurant mit guter TripAdvisor-Bewertung. Fündig würden wir im Nachbarort Trassenheide und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Beilagenänderung war ohne Probleme und Aufpreis möglich. Wir haben die köstliche Rinderroulade und ein saftiges Steak gewählt. Die Speisen waren sehr gut zusammengestellt und heiß serviert. Wir kommen wieder. Ein lohnenswerter Besuch.

Angelockt von den sehr guten Bewertungen haben wir am ersten Abend unseres Pfingsturlaubs hier zu Abend gegessen und waren eher enttäuscht: ein dreckiger Tisch mit angetrockneten Speiseresten, eine gehetzt wirkende Mitarbeiterin und enttäuschende Speisen laden nicht zum Wiederkommen ein. Alle am Tisch monierten die wenig gewürzten Fischgerichte, die Bratkartoffeln waren kalt und nicht kross, der Speck zur Finkenwerder Scholle war nicht ausgebraten, sondern hatte die Pfanne kaum gesehen. SCHADE!

Erfreulicherweise haben wir mit Kaliebe ein Restaurant gefunden welches geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und dessen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist. Der Service ist sehr gut ebenso das Essen. Wir hatten Wild, Fisch und vegetarisch, alles war heiß, frisch und geschmackvoll. Lediglich die Steinpilze waren etwas wässrig und hätten für meinen Geschmack etwas stärker gewürzt sein dürfen. Die Wartezeiten, die Portionsgrößen sowie die Art des Anrichtens waren in Ordnung. Die Getränkeauswahl war gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Alles in allem Fanden wir es einen sehr gelungenen Abend.

Seit 1970 sind wir mindestens einmal im Jahr im Ostseebad Trassenheide. Bei der Sandkastenfreundin Burgi von meiner Frau finden wir ansonsten in ihrem Wolgaster Bungalow unser Domizil. Und zum Badestrand geht es nach Trassenheide. Das kleine Ostseebad hat sich nach der Wendezeit bestens heraus geputzt. Dazu gehört das heutige Akzenthotel Kaliebe. Kaliebes haben in fast 25 Jahren mit viel Fleiss, Engagement, mit liebevoller Detailfreude und Herzblut ein echtes Kleinod zum Wohlfühlen geschaffen.
