"We were going with the uncertainty of what kind of food to find in a Filipino restaurant. somehow I thought of finding a richer food in aromas and flavors. However, the incomings (meat filler and tuna ceviche) were very disappointing because of their lack of taste. They were honestly insipid. the sensations improved with the kaldereta, which does not cease to be another dish of scavenged meat like those that are done here in spider.
