"we have used kashmir for tears for 2-3 years and never had a bad meal. they are always timely with their delivery. tonight, they've been excellent. my man and I had spent the day moving my daughter from wiltshire to hampshire and as such we were exhausted. When we came into the darkness and did not really eat everything, we decided to give a call to kasmir. they took our order happy and laughed, as she mentioned, that they were not even open for another half an hour, but we had completely lost track of time and thought it was much later. At least the food arrived within half an hour of ordering, i.e. they went out of the way to know that we were scattered and hungry and delivered a beautiful fresh, steaming hot meal before they even had opened. How about the customer service?"
